First and foremost, this is a WMV file encoded for play on / streaming to the Xbox 360 w/ 5.1 audio, and will also play on / stream to the PS3 w/ 2.0 audio. Additional files included are for format conversion or iso creation and are completly optional. To convert to BD / AVCHD / MKV format, you need Haali's MKV splitter installed.
I don't recommend using VLC to watch my encodes on the PC. Until they add proper VC-1 Advanced Profile and WMA 10 5.1 audio support, you may experience problems when trying to play this. Upon my last test, WMV files over 4GB won't play properly when the 4GB mark is reached, if you insist on using VLC, convert to MKV first with the included program. MPC works better in my opinion, but looks/performs best with Windows Media Player 11.
If you wish to watch this on a Popcorn Hour A-100/110, you will need to convert this to MKV or remove one of the audio streams with another program like Windows Media Stream Editor or AsfBin. If you have any other audio issues, try converting to MKV first to see if that resolves it.
Upon running 'Wmv2Other.exe', there are 4 options you can choose from:
1 - Create a Windows Media Disc (WMD) iso (5.1 audio, 2.0 for PS3)
2 - Create a mini Blu-ray Disc (BD) iso (5.1 audio, chapters*, subs**)
3 - Create an 'AVCHD' folder that can be copied to the root of a USB
Drive and played on the PS3 (FAT32) (5.1 audio, chapters*, subs**)
4 - Create a MKV file with the VC-1 video and AC3 audio (5.1 audio)
WMD - Windows Media DVD - A WMV-HD file burned to a DVD5/9
BD - Blu-ray DVD - A Blu-ray disc sized to fit on a DVD5/9
*Optional - If I remembered to rip them, I have included them.
**Optional/Not Included - .srt subtitles supported (read nfo).

This is a VC-1 encoded WMV with 5.1 and 2.0 audio tracks.
This will play on your computer (avoid VLC, suggest WMP or MPC-HC)
I have included a utility to add extra options apart from the regular wmv file. Wmv2Other v1.8
Tested devices other than a computer: (displayed 'options' refer to Wmv2Other)
XBox 360:
WMV file, 5.1 audio (stream, usb drive (use HFS+ or option 5 to split wmv into smaller pieces for FAT32), dvd (option 1))
PS3:
WMV file, 2.0 audio (stream, usb drive (use option 5 to split wmv into smaller pieces for FAT32), dvd (option 1))
BD disc, 5.1 audio (option 2) (subs and chapters)
AVCHD folder, 5.1 audio (option 3 - play from usb drive, FAT32 compatible) (subs and chapters)
Popcorn Hour A-100/A-110:
WMV file, 5.1 audio (use option 6 to strip stereo audio)
MKV file, 5.1 audio (option 4) (subs and chapters, not sure if PCH supports chapters though)
WD TV HD Media Player:
WMV file, 2.0 audio
M2TS file, 5.1 audio (use option 7 - hidden option)
Stand Alone Blu-ray Players: BD iso (option 2) (confirmed working by others)

Chapter points will be created automatically from original Blu-ray chapters in supported containers (MKV, BD iso, AVCHD folder)
SRT subtitles, provided by you, can be added and muxed into supported containers (MKV, BD iso, AVCHD folder) If you need subtitles, any from a Blu-ray 'scene' release should work and sync properly, but I can't guarantee it. Just drop the srt file into the movie folder and then run Wmv2Other, and it will automatically add them in. Placement inside a BD iso or AVCHD folder is a default size and location, if it isnt to your liking, create a mkv first and use tsMuxeR to create BD folders for you adjusting font, size, and position.

For conversion to anything other than a WMD iso, Haali's Matroska
Splitter is REQUIRED to be installed. You can download this from their
website at http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/MatroskaSplitter.exe
A single .srt subtitle track (not provided) can be added to BD or
AVCHD creation. Just place the subtitle file in the main folder with
the WMV file, and the batch file will add it into the creation process.
If adding the subtitle somehow puts it over the size limit of what you
can put onto a dvd (some of my encodes very close to the size limit),
the program will automatically trim the file to make it fit onto a dvd.
Most of the time it will end up being around 30 seconds or less.
